{"id":393,"date":"2020-10-15T21:40:00","date_gmt":"2020-10-16T02:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/xn--laporteaperu-ghb.com\/blog\/?p=393"},"modified":"2020-10-21T21:48:58","modified_gmt":"2020-10-22T02:48:58","slug":"deduccion-de-gastos-por-aportes-a-essalud-de-trabajadores-del-hogar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/xn--laporteaperu-ghb.com\/blog\/deduccion-de-gastos-por-aportes-a-essalud-de-trabajadores-del-hogar\/","title":{"rendered":"Deducci\u00f3n de gastos por aportes a EsSalud de trabajadores del hogar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>De acuerdo a la Ley N\u00b0 27986 (<a href=\"https:\/\/busquedas.elperuano.pe\/normaslegales\/ley-de-las-trabajadoras-y-trabajadores-del-hogar-ley-n-31047-1889434-1\/#:~:text=La%20finalidad%20de%20la%20Ley,social%20y%20econ%C3%B3mico%20del%20pa%C3%ADs.\">Ley de trabajadoras del Hogar<\/a>) y a la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sunat.gob.pe\/\">Sunat<\/a>, es posible <a href=\"https:\/\/orientacion.sunat.gob.pe\/index.php\/personas-menu\/impuesto-a-la-renta-personas-ultimo\/deduccion-adicional-de-3-uit\/6966-06-gastos-por-aportaciones-essalud-trabajadores-del-hogar\">deducir hasta el 100% de los gastos por aportaciones<\/a> a <a href=\"http:\/\/portal.essalud.gob.pe\/\">EsSalud<\/a> que se realicen por los trabajadores y trabajadores del hogar de las rentas de cuarta categor\u00eda (trabajadores independientes por recibos por honorarios profesionales) y quinta categor\u00eda (trabajo dependiente).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para estos efectos, el empleador debe estar inscrito en el <a href=\"https:\/\/orientacion.sunat.gob.pe\/index.php\/personas-menu\/trabajadores-del-hogar\/registro-del-trabajador-de-hogar\">Registro de Empleadores de Trabajadores del Hogar<\/a>, debiendo acreditar el pago de los aportes a EsSalud mediante el formulario N\u00b0 1676, emitido por la Sunat, bien sea en formato f\u00edsico o virtual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consideraciones sobre el Registro de Empleadores de Trabajadores del Hogar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sunat.gob.pe\/\">Sunat<\/a> ha publicado diferentes formas de acceder al <a href=\"https:\/\/orientacion.sunat.gob.pe\/index.php\/personas-menu\/trabajadores-del-hogar\/registro-del-trabajador-de-hogar\">Registro de Empleadores de Trabajadores del Hogar<\/a>, as\u00ed como <a href=\"http:\/\/contenido.app.sunat.gob.pe\/insc\/Trabajadores+Hogar+Registro+Empleadores\/ManualUsuarioSOLRegTHago2014.pdf\">manuales <\/a>con indicaciones paso a paso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el registro del trabajador o trabajadora del hogar en el sistema, se debe tener en cuenta que, en caso de los documentos DNI (para peruanos\/as), carnet de extranjer\u00eda o carn\u00e9 de solicitante de refugio (para <a href=\"https:\/\/xn--laporteaperu-ghb.com\/blog\/por-que-contratar-personal-venezolano-empleadas-del-hogar-enfermeras-nineras\/\">extranjeros<\/a>\/as), el aplicativo reflejar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente el pa\u00eds \u201cPer\u00fa\u201d, puesto que son documentos oficiales peruanos. En caso de registrar pasaporte, se deber\u00e1 seleccionar el pa\u00eds que corresponda el documento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se debe tener en cuenta que no debe existir relaci\u00f3n de parentesco hasta el cuarto grado de consanguinidad y segundo grado de afinidad entre el trabajador o trabajadora del hogar declarado y la persona contratante o su c\u00f3nyuge.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es de resaltar que, seg\u00fan\u00a0 la Ley N\u00b0 27986 (<a href=\"https:\/\/busquedas.elperuano.pe\/normaslegales\/ley-de-las-trabajadoras-y-trabajadores-del-hogar-ley-n-31047-1889434-1\/#:~:text=La%20finalidad%20de%20la%20Ley,social%20y%20econ%C3%B3mico%20del%20pa%C3%ADs.\">Ley de trabajadoras del Hogar<\/a>), <strong>los trabajadores del hogar son asegurados obligatorios<\/strong> a <a href=\"http:\/\/portal.essalud.gob.pe\/\">EsSalud<\/a>.
